3 hours to go

We will be leaving home for Niagara Falls in 3 hours. I hope we have everything ready. I am going to lie down for 2 hours. My sleep is completely messed up.

I'll post pics when I get back.

Wedding Bands

We picked out our wedding bands yesterday. Justin got to bring his home, but mine has to be sized. I've been tying to find a picture of mine, but it's like nothing I've ever seen before. Justin's is a 5mm Comfort Fit 14K White Gold.

Cannot find a photo of mine, so maybe I'll take a picture when we get it. Not that a photo would do it justice.

Broken Toe

As if I don't have enough health problems, on Sunday I was running to answer the door, and I banged my little toe on my left foot off of the Ab Lounge. I assumed it was broken, all bruised and swelled. Hurt like hell. Justin said I sounded like a "machine gun of cussing" Never said the F word so much in my life. The bruising is almost gone and the swelling was looking a bit better earlier.

45 minutes ago I hit it off the microwave cart. No where near as hard as the first time. No cussing, a little crying. So now I have the ice pack taped to my foot and I took 800 mg of ibuprofen. All I have to say is thank-god it is the weekend.

Therapy went well. I have exercises I have to do, and I go back on Monday. Only problem is that the therapist said not to wear sandals, to wear tennis shoes. And my toe says to wear sandals.

Herniated Discs

I've been having pain in my left leg. I went to the doctors and then for an MRI, and then to an orthepedic surgeon. Long story short, I have 4 herniated discs in my back, one of which is compressing nerves in my spine and making my leg hurt. I start therepy today. Hopefully the therepy will make the discs shrink back to where they are supposed to be. I really don't want surgery.
