My daughter was building something with her magnetix.
I told her it was pretty and asked her what it was.
"It's the entire state building"
lol
Why is it I can heat something in the microwave till it is boiling hot, but by the time I take a bite out of it, it's ice cold.
Maybe I lost part of the technology chunk of my brain after I graduated. I'm not sure, but I remember using Linux at ITT, and now I cannot even install it.
I thought I burned Mandriva Linux to a CD, but that didn't even work.
All is not lost though; I did install two hard drives today, so apparently the hardware section of my brain is not out of commission.
God Dammit, it is hot! Our Air conditioning is broke, and of course it's got to be the one time we need it. They were supposed to fix it Wednesday or Thursday, but they didn't. The bedroom is cooler, but the computer isn't in there.
And I was in the sun for less than an hour today and I got burned. I'm like a sun magnet!
"I figured out Karl Rove's political strategy - make gas so expensive, no Democrats can afford to go to the polls" ~John Kerry
I found this on a website. I don't know if it is a true quotation or not, but it's funny.
